Orders

What is the status of my order?

Once an order has shipped, you'll be receiving an e-mail with the tracking number. You can also track your order in your order history by logging into your Say.com account using your e-mail address and password. Just click on your order number in your order history.

How long will it take to process my order?

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days and then shipped via USPS.

Can I change/cancel my order?

Once an order is placed and you receive your order number, we cannot make any changes or cancel your order.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days and then shipped via USPS. We offer the following shipping methods:

Domestic
Standard Shipping (via First Class or Priority Mail) 1 to 3 business days
International
First Class Package International 7 to 21 business days
Priority Mail International 6 to 10 business days
Priority Express Mail International 3 to 5 business days

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! Please note that we will not be responsible for any potentially imposed taxes/tariffs by your receiving country.

Returns/Exchanges

What is your return policy?

In order for us to continue to offer accessible pricing on quality, organic apparel, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

Can I exchange my order?

We do not offer exchanges. We suggest that you size up, if you are concerned about fit. Kids grow fast!

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact orders@say.com with a photo of the damage or the incorrectly shipped item. We'll be sure to take care of it for you!

Shirts

What are your shirts made of?

All our t-shirts are made of soft 100% GOTS-certified organic Australian combed cotton, and the neck ribbing contains 5% Spandex for comfort, stretch, and durability.
